Quiet Waters Unit D2 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that accommodates 6 guests. This condo unit has been updated with new granite countertops, tile showers, and new beds. The building was refurbished in 2023 with brand-new balcony rails, and a painted exterior along with a freshly painted pool deck. There is a beautiful heated pool with sun loungers or you can walk across the street and sink your toes into the white sands of Indian Shores Beach! On the intercoastal side you will find a dock so bring your fishing pole and you might even see a dolphin! Everything you need if you decide to stay in to make dinner & watch a movie. Unit D2 is an end unit so it is nice, quiet, and peaceful. It is within walking distance to many beach restaurants and shops. Everything about this property is convenient, including an elevator. Don't forget to take a short walk to catch the gorgeous sunsets every night. Sit out on your balcony and talk about the day's adventures. Take lots of pictures and make memories....definitely a destination property to return to year after year!
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Dining table w/ 4 chairs.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa, loveseat, 2 ottomans, 2 end tables, TV, console table, and patio doors leading to balcony with a small table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a TV, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and walk-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.
Laundry: In the hallway closet next to the guest bathroom.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
