This is a place to truly relax into your surroundings, whether you're lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the bi-level swimming pool, or sipping tropical cocktails on your balcony at sunset.
This condo sits on the 12th floor of Sterling Reef, a beachfront, resort-style complex with a seasonally heated pool overlooking the Gulf, a fitness center, a sky terrace with gas grills, an activity center with a big-screen TV, covered parking, watersports rentals, concierge service, and seasonal kids' activities. It enjoys a wonderful Panama City Beach location, adjacent to Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the M.B. Miller County Pier.
After a day of swimming, surfing, kayaking, or beachcombing, take the elevator upstairs to relax and unwind. Cool off in central air conditioning indoors or step out onto the balcony - accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom - to bask in the fragrant Gulf breeze.
Toss the day's swimsuits and towels in the stacked washer/dryer and make yourself at home in the comfortable living space. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi throughout the condo.
Things to Know
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
