Guests have access to the residential gym, pool, and beach. They may use sunbeds on the beach, which are subject to 'first come first serve' basis. Two allocated parking spaces are available for the guests.

Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. - Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins
and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an
additional cost.

- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order
to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will
be applicable.

- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best
rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.

- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
