We are delighted to share our home with you and want to make sure all guests have an incredible experience. We ask that you do all you can to help uphold the quality of our home, by following the rules below. 

• Treating the home like it’s your own
• Please leave shoes in the entry way in order to not track sand in the home
• Please be mindful when transporting or opening suitcases to avoid scratching the walls
• Please don’t move the furniture
• Always use a coaster when placing a beverage on any surface in the home
• If an accidental stain occurs, please wipe it immediately
• Drying lines are provided in each upstairs bathroom. Do not place wet towels or swimsuits on furniture, doors or floors.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed due to many people being allergic
• No smoking, or vaping inside or on the screened balcony (failure to follow guidelines will result in a fee)
• No parties or large gatherings
• Please respect other neighbors and guests during evening hours by being mindful of noise level
• If your stay occurs over a Wednesday, and you are so inclined, we would greatly appreciate you assisting with trash day

* If you have rented a golf cart, the cart must be parked in the garage when not in use. Golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per HOA rules*
