A quick walk to the beach and a rare beach find with easy Elevator access, chef's kitchen for your culinary adventures and a breathtaking wrap-around porch for unforgettable gatherings. This spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking a blend of luxury and comfort. Enjoy serene beach walks, relax in style, and create lasting memories in our coastal gem.

This is a spacious 4-bedroom, open-concept vacation home with 6 beds and a luxury Japanese folding mattress stored in the closet. Centrally located on the Peninsula, just a short 4-minute walk from the beach and a 4-minute drive from the Big Store - the local grocery store.

Keys are provided by a lockbox, just come right in! We have an elevator for guests unable to tackle stairs - just let us know before check-in so we can make available!

The wrap-around porch has been voted the best feature of the home. Now featuring a massive 10-seater solid wood dining table. Perfect for family dinners and evening board games (supplied, see photos).

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom #1 - Part of the master bedroom, features a large walk-in-shower with independent showerheads, dedicated vanity counter, stool, hairdryer, and bathroom towels
Bathroom #2 - Walk-in-shower with wide-area shower head

Outdoor shower: Great for rinsing sand and saltwater off after a long day at the beach.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked. Includes dishwasher, premium gas stove, both drip, and Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, crockpot, knife set, cutting boards, pizza stone, eating utensils, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and a high-chair.

LIVING AREA:
A large smart TV perfect for watching sports. A comfortable couch and 2 leather power recliners! Also included are some of our family's favorite board games: Giant Jenga, Cornholes, Uno, Mexican Train, and more.

PARKING:
The private drive can easily fit 3 vehicles.

OUTSIDE:
Upstairs: This home has a large wrap-around deck with an outdoor couch and plenty of chairs. There's also plenty of shade provided by the large overhangs. There's even a smart TV so you can enjoy the game either indoors or out, never skipping a beat. Wanting to grill? Our propane grill will help you out!

DOWNSTAIRS: There's a picnic table, chairs and outdoor smart TV.
NOTE: Please use the outdoor shower to clean off the sand and saltwater before going inside as washing off indoors can cause clogs and erosion.

Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $199 pet fee. Max 60 lbs.

GENERAL: Amenities include WIFI, central air conditioning, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.
