THE SPACE:
Our cottage comfortably accommodates two guests in a quaint bedroom, featuring a queen bed and cozy living spaces, including a living room, kitchen, and bath, each offering a unique blend of rustic charm and modern functionality.

Please note: The cabin has a wood stove and electric baseboard for heating, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
>> We require bi-weekly cleaning at the house if your stay is 30 days or more. The cost of which will be added to your rent. We'll work with you on scheduling this.
>> We require a lease to be signed for stays is 30+ days. We will contact you about completing this in time for your arrival.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Guests must be 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter a contract. The person named in the reservation must be present during the stay.

Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. The entire home and its amenities are yours to enjoy. While we respect your privacy, our team is available should you need any assistance during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.

A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. It will be fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We appreciate your care and respect for our home!

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

>> You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
>> You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
>> You understand that your your reservation could be cancelled or check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
