Location: There are two units on this property. This unit is on the right side.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Parking: Please park your cars on the right side of the driveway, at spot #2 (one under the carport and one behind it). Please do not park on the left side, which is reserved for other units. For additional cars, please park for free on the street.

Backyard: The backyard is not fully fenced and will be shared with other units.

Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.

Laundry: Not available.

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have another unit on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
