Grill:
• Usage Fee - A fee of $45 applies for use of the grill
• Propane Tank - Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank as needed

Hot Tub:
• Fees - $45 per day if requested at least 48 hours prior to stay
• Late Booking - $50 per day if requested during stay (minimum 4 days)
• 4-day minimum to request hot tub
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
• Availability - Subject to room availability
• Fee - $50 per hour
• Notification - Guests are requested to inform management of their intended timing in advance
