This ground floor/end unit villa is truly stunning. Your open floor plan great room has amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room furniture is so comfy. Sunset Paradise at Edgewater provides enough seating for all of your family and friends. The TVs throughout this villa have Roku Streaming in HD. Lux Speed WiFi is also available for this condo and throughout the property at no additional charge. Step out onto your patio from the great room and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom door, there's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is ultra modern and very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has high end cabinets and counter tops with plenty of light fixtures. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. One parking pass is included with your vacation rental. Additional passes can be purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
