Last minute summer getaway

Great location for Schlitterbahn and Comal. We were able to walk to both and not hassle with parking. Nice and quiet area. I liked Would definitely stay here again. Looking at booking multiple units next year for even more family to join us.

Great location for Comal river

This property is approximately 1 1/2 blocks from Rocking R tube rentals. Great location if you are floating the Comal river! There is also 2 family owned restaurants close by that are excellent for breakfast and dinner: Union and Pat's.

Would like to see more grass or fake grass in our backyard so we can have more people over so they don't have to sit in the dirt or when it rains, it becomes muddy. Could not ask for more..

This property is fantastic. The location is ideal and the property has everything you could need. We were able to go during July fourth, and even with the city shut down, we were still able to float the horseshoe on the Guadalupe with no issues. There was ample amount of parking and space for a large group. I will stay at this property again! The only negative remark I have is that we had reserved the "free tubes" but the address listed in the email for pickup was not right and the property manager did not answer when we arrived. A small detail that we were able to overlook.

Bachelorette Weekend

The bathrooms are a little small for 8 girls but we made do. The walls are kinda thin and if people are staying next to you it sounds like they are in the room with you when they talk. It was a clean house but the floor always felt dirty but since it was all tile its what you can expect. The full kitchen was nice so we were able to cook breakfast and bring our own food to keep in the fridge. The beds are SO comfy and we slept great! Worth the price we paid.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third stay at Twin River Villas. While this year was MUCH better than last year; this place has gone downhill. Last year there was a bug (roach) infestation. We returned ONLY because we were assured the problem had been taken care of and we were comped 2 nights stay. The floors are FILTHY, as they were last year. The pull out bed on the couch was miserably uncomfortable. My daughter ended up just sleeping on the couch rather than the fold out bed in the couch. The toilet in the hall bathroom was broke. We had to turn the water off at the wall so that the tank would fill up so we could flush it. The outdoor light at our door didn't work. We didn't bother with the management company this year. We have in the past and it just didn't seem worth it to us. While this property is conveniently located it isn't being cared for properly. We won't be renting from this company again.
