The condo community of Costa Hermosa is considered the “Gem of Cortecito” offering resort-type amenities like… a huge swimming pool, lobby with a huge 72” plasma TV; a gymnasium; a community BBQ area; a meet and greet patio area, 24/7 security.
With elevators in each building, this allows for easy access to those with limited mobility.
Built with high quality construction, and contemporary design, this brand-new ADA compliant 2-bedroom condo 1,526 sq. ft. The exquisite interior boast fine coral-wall finishing’s, solid cedar woodwork, a spacious kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar/ island, stainless steel full size appliances.
The condo consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, with flat screen TV in living room. The bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.
Nothing has been overlooked in this professionally decorated condo with all the luxury amenities you’d expect and need in this amazing condo.
