Dirty and Poor Quality
I wanted to take a moment to share our experience during the recent stay at your property; as we were quite displeased with several aspects.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a musty smell, and therefore we had to air-out the condo. Additionally, there was quite a bit of plaster on the floor that had fallen from the ceiling, raising concerns about maintenance and safety.
We encountered several issues with the amenities as well. All the remotes required battery replacements, and several lamps were missing bulbs, making it difficult to get comfortable. The refrigerator was not clean upon our arrival, and a latch piece was broken as well.
The bedside table was in disrepair, and we also found many kitchen items not cleaned properly; with some still sitting in the dishwasher. To add to our frustration, the sliding door for the laundry area was broken, and the clothes washer left black marks on one of our clothing.
We were disappointed with the quality of the towels provided, as they were quite thin, rough and not absorbent. Additionally, there was no broom available to keep the space tidy, nor an iron to press our clothes.
We truly believe that addressing these issues could enhance the experience for future guests.
