-Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night

*Please note we are near the airport so you can periodically see or hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! (They do have a curfew).
**By City of Cathedral City Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city.
1. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
5. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (2 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
