With 1400 square feet of exquisitely designed space featuring wood floors, abundant natural light, and captivating charm, this three-room lower level apartment is truly one-of-a-kind and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed, closet, comfortable bedding, black out curtains, black out blinds, and a twin size futon couch. The couch will comfortably be made up to accommodate one person if requested. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, black out curtains, black out blinds, and the same commitment to comfort with bedding. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed, closet, comfortable bedding, black out curtains, black out blinds, and French doors that can close to create more privacy. You will be provided with a fully stocked experience, with all linens included, such as towels, sheets, and kitchen towels, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The grounds are completely surrounded by a privacy fence, monitored using a 24 hour security system, and off street parking for vehicle protection in a covered carport is available if desired.
