Diese schöne neu eingerichtete Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Hither Hills Gegend von Montauk entfernt. Es ist ein 5-Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, oder Sie können fahren und parken in der Privatstrand Parkplatz. Die obere Etage des Hauses verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der aus dem Wohnzimmer mit Domdecken, dem Essbereich und der Gourmetküche besteht. Das Schlafzimmer und Bad sind ebenfalls auf der oberen Ebene. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Gas-Kamin und einen Flachbild-TV. Es gibt zwei weitere Flachbild-Fernseher in zwei der Schlafzimmer befindet. Eine Markise auf dem Oberdeck halten Sie kühl und komfortabel an sonnigen Tagen, wie Sie draußen entspannen hören den Klang des Ozeans. Die untere Ebene hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus über eine Außendusche, ein Gasgrill, zentrale Klimaanlage und W-LAN.

Family Birthday party

The home was clean inviting and accommodated us with plenty of space. Bedrooms were spacious and loved the outdoor deck and the retractable awning which shaded part of the large deck.

Fabulous October visit for 5

Four college friends & I (Class of 1980) stayed at this well designed, maintained & appointed house, just up the street from The Beach. ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS. The owners were gracious, responsive and flexible. The Annual Event, 2024 Montauk, was a Stand Out Outing.

Great early spring break

Lovely home with everything you could need, a short walk (and even shorter drive) to the beach. Hosts were extremely kind! Great spot for three generations to spend quality time together.

Perfect home for our family

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The layout gave each of us the room to get some down time alone as well as come together. We enjoyed reading on the deck and taking walks to the beach. The owner was helpful and very responsive. We look forward to the opportunity to stay at this home again!

Christmas

We had a lovely stay with family for Christmas. My husband and his 2 sisters grew up in Montauk and it was the 1st time in 30 years since they were in Montauk for Christmas. We had everything we needed to make a big Christmas dinner and then relax for sevetal days. Location was great! I got a beautiful picture from the deck of the sunrise on the warm Christmas day.

Amazing beach getaway

My family and I wanted to go on a beach getaway to celebrate my graduation and we could not have asked for a better host or a more ideal location! Mary Louise is one the most responsive and accommodating hosts we have ever stayed with. She was always available for any questions we had and her home is absolutely beautiful. A short walk from the beach and a few minutes driving from great restaurants. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet as well. We did not want to leave and we would love to come back!

Perfect place to stay near the beach and the quaint village of Montauk

Marie’s house is spacious yet cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable and lovely stay. My girlfriends and I were there for my 60th birthday and we even found a special bottle of Happy Birthday rose wine, which we felt was so thoughtful. She checked in consistently and was always available to answer questions and help us plan our visit to Montauk. That was very important to me as this was such a special occasion and my friends and I were all coming from a distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more lovely house - it was perfect!

Great for family time !!

We went for a Siblings Weekend. We are all 60+ in age and it was wonderful. It was in January and it rained the whole weekend but the house is so warm and cozy. The host was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to dine and things to do. Although at that time of year many places are closed for the season there were still local places to eat and drink and enjoy. The house was immaculate with many amenities and the host is wonderful to deal with. We would love to go back again… maybe make this a tradition for us.

Above and beyond

This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old baby. Marie Louise was so thoughtful, and got us a crib, brand new crib sheets, and a bottle of wine! I couldn’t believe all of her thoughtful touches, including the frequent check-ins and detailed messages. Her property is clean and all of the amenities were so wonderful. It’s really a great location for fishing, going to the beach, or shopping. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Montauk House

This weekend we had a family wedding in Montauk. We are so glad that we rented this house. It had 4 bedrooms and a great upstairs with open living room with a gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen and dining room. Open the doors to the deck and you could hear the waves at night. Great weekend getaway

What an amazing time we had! The house was perfect - comfortable, clean, walking distance to the beach. It was so easy to just relax and enjoy everything around us. Winter Get Away

I met family here for a winter weekend and was very satisfied with the accommodations. The house was set up nice for a family retreat. All the features were up to date. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything in Montauk. The owner was very helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this house and would come back!

Amazing stay in Hither Hills

We had an amazing stay at Marie-Louise’s home. It was a true gem! The home is not only welcoming, very comfortable and clean - it is also well-equipped, down to the spice rack! It was a particularly cozy home in the middle of winter and snow. Marie-Louise was very responsive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Her instructions ahead of our trip were very helpful in getting us situated and she was available to share recommendations on things to do and local dining options. The community is lovely and the beach is only a 10 min walking distance. Thanks a million Marie-Louise, we can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, cozy winter Montauk stay

Our family had such a wonderful time at Marie Louise's home. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable, and is walking distance from the beach. Even in winter with cold, rainy weather this was great—it was such a cozy and restorative place to stay. Good communication, well equipped kitchen, warm hospitality. Great for kids, too, with lots of games etc. I hope we can go back someday!

The Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Everything about this weekend stay was a 10 plus! The house could not have been more perfect! No details were missed by these great hosts. The furnishing, the appliances and the comfort of all the rooms were perfect! It was a great location for a family dinner and a bucket list dream! Marie Louise was thoughtful and attentive from our first conversation until we checked out. We enjoyed making forever memories! Will definitely be back!
