The house has two living rooms, open concept kitchen, outdoor grill and a dining table 8 chairs with outdoor light, pool, jacuzzi

This home has a 3 Smart TVs 65 and 55, Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, Complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent is also provided.

BEDROOMS (All rooms are private)
―Room #1: master bedroom with king size bed, TV 65', plenty of closet space and mater bathroom with, shower area
―Room #2: queen bed
―Room #3: two double beds
―Room #4: queen bed and stand up work desk

- When you first come through front door, to the left is a family room with a couch and accent chairs
- To the right is dinning room, family room, and open concept kitchen with beautiful design and top appliances
- Straight ahead is a kid playground and outdoor dinning table. The pool and jacuzzi is fenced
- 1 half bathroom is next to kitchen
- To the left of the front door is an entrance to all for 4 bedrooms.
- 2 full bathrooms are in between bedrooms and master bathroom is in master bedroom.

Guest access

Guest has access to all the house except linen closet

Other things to note

- The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person
- We have weekly pool service
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
-Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-There is a fee to heat up the pool and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it up upon guest's arrival.
