After months of searching for the perfect home, we found it! Spacious rooms, vintage Hawaiian décor, BRAND NEW central AC, private attached garage, and three lanais. Every detail is meticulously cared for- the space is clean, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and the atmosphere is soothing and calm. Location: 2nd building down from the resident-only pool, hot tub, and grilling facilities, a 20 minute walk to the shopping center, and surrounded by unparalleled beaches. Unforgettable!

More cable channels than you'll know what to do with, and a new 4K TV in the principle bedroom

KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped, with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove top, full fridge and freezer, wine fridge, and even dedicated pool dishes. Furthermore, the fridge is stocked with water for you and the cabinet hosts many spices or cooking ingredients you may need (such as oil and various canned goods). And let's not forget our chicken friends that live on top of the cabinets- King Cluckmehameha and Queen Chickilani.

LIVING ROOM: This is the main area on the ground level with an airy open floor plan. The classic Hawaiian decor really shines here! There is a beautiful harmony between the lush colors of the outdoor landscaping and the indoor decor that we hope you will love just as much as we do! The furniture is surprisingly comfortable- not your typical wicker torture devices. And this room comes with a large tv (with cable) as well as a Dyson fan for added air purification. All windows in the unit are dressed with Hunter Douglass shades that easily open and close.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Second floor principle bedroom boasts a very comfortable king size bed with luxury linens, a brand new 42.5 inch Samsung smart tv with cable and a Bluray player, a brand new Dyson fan, a sitting area, a private lanai with two comfortable lounging chairs, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet loaded with extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and plush robes.
Bedroom 2: Second floor bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury linens, a walk-in closet, and a private sink and shared toilet/shower area. Each bedroom comes equipped with a high powered ceiling fan if opting to not use the AC.
Bedroom 3: Second floor bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury linens, a private lanai, a closet, a private sink, and shared toilet/shower area. This bedroom boasts a high powered ceiling fan as well.

BATHROOMS
Powder room 1: Located on first floor next to kitchen area.
Bathroom 2: Located on the second floor in principle bedroom. This is the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom boasts a private toilet closet, dual sinks, large mirrors, granite countertops, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms contain plush towels and mats.
Bathroom 3: Located on the second floor in-between non principal bedrooms. This double vanity bathroom boasts two private vanity areas for each bedroom and a shower that includes: a very handy built-in shelf, a high window, and a bar for extra stability.

LAUNDRY: Located on the second floor. Full size freestanding washer and dryer.

WIFI: Free wifi located throughout the home.

OUTDOOR FEATURES

LANAIS
Lanai 1: Located on first floor. This lanai can be accessed through a sliding door (with screen) in the living room or outside by the front door. This is a large wrap-around lanai that has a table and four chairs. This lanai offers great views of the large outdoor green space. There are numerous coconut palm trees (maintained so no coconuts will fall), bread fruit trees, and many other small tropical shrubs and trees. You are likely to see families of chickens, birds, and a gecko or two.
Lanai 2: Located on the second floor off of the principle bedroom. This lanai features two comfortable lounge chairs, one that swivels and rocks. The views look out on to the green space mentioned above. From this height it is easy to see the palm fronds and, on a clear day you can also see a peek of the Hihimanu mountain peaks. It is so serene!
Lanai 3: Located on the second floor off of the third bedroom. This smaller lanai features two wooden chairs and overlooks the condo complex's entrance and common spaces. Great for admiring the landscaping and watching people walk by!

GARAGE: The private two-car garage is attached to the house. You will be given a code to access this and there is no fee for parking one or two cars. There is direct access through the garage into the kitchen area, making groceries a breeze. The garage features spaces to sit to take off shoes, places to store shoes, and more beach gear than you could possibly need. Outside of the garage is a hose, ready to rinse off any sand or salt-water filled gear you brought back with you after your adventures!

AMENITIES

POOL: The pool is private- it is only accessible by residents and guests using a key fob, meaning it is rarely crowded. The pool is only two buildings down from this home. It barely takes two minutes to walk to it, but is still far enough away that there's very little noise distracting you while you’re relaxing on the lanais. The pool is beautifully designed with landscaping and rock features. The pool features both a shallow and deep end, as well as a small water feature.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is located adjacent to the pool.

GRILLS: There are two gas grills located adjacent to the pool.

VARIOUS AMENITIES: The pool area boasts two bathrooms, sinks, and many tables/chairs as well as beach chairs.

Other things to note
AC: AC is brand new! Feel free to use it if needed, but be mindful that energy in Hawaii is incredibly expensive. If you don’t find you need the AC, take advantage of the trade winds by opening the sliding doors (there are screens), turning on the ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom, and the two Dyson fans.

Wonderful place - great host!
We stayed in this property for a week in exploring Kauai and other parts of the state. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying. Couple notes: - Great communication from the host! - The property was clean, well stocked, and one of the nicest places my family has stayed. - Great community pool to relax and have fun. - Wonderful parking situation in the garage. - Well maintained property by the management team - the common areas are impeccable and we saw different birds and animals in the community. - Location is quiet, respectful, and more of a "get away" than a "tourism" area. Amazing condo in an Amazing location. Better than described!
The condo was perfectly located with ability to walk to many things (beach, queens bath, golf, shopping, etc). The condo itself with the pool on the property was pure luxury. We will definitely be booking for our next stay! We could not have asked for anything more.

Family vacation
We loved Bridgette’s place! It was beautiful and had lots of room for our whole family and a friend who was traveling with us. It was a very peaceful place and convenient to all things on the north shore- which is amazing. They provided beach and snorkel gear, among other things, which was really great! The pool and hot tub were also wonderful :) Thank you!!
