Over the last several years, Austin has become one of the major tourist destinations in the United States. Who wouldn't want to enjoy all Austin Texas has to offer in the comfort of a villa that is only five minutes from downtown? There is plenty of musical entertainment, shopping, fabulous dining, nature hikes and more.

The home sits beautifully on a hill with a canopy of trees. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 3,000 sq. ft. residence sleeps 8 guests. From the living room, which is well appointed with a floor to ceiling custom dry stack fireplace, a large animal skin rug for Texas flare, 5 inch white oak custom cut and stained floors, a 60" flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable plush furniture. From the living room, you can step directly out onto the large backyard pool deck. This deck has an outdoor dining table, a propane grill for cooking outside, and connected to the pool. The hot tub is not heated.

The main entertaining room is open and also contains the formal dining area, which has a elegant wooden table that seats 8. From there you are led to the kitchen, which is fitted with stainless appliances, gas stovetops, a large counter lined with three tall bar chairs provides space for food prep and casual dining.


The master bedroom contains a king bed, two side nightstands, access to balcony, and an ensuite bathroom containing double vanity sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate large custom tiled shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, two side night tables, and ensuite bathroom with a large shower and sink vanity. The other bedrooms feature plush queens beds. All bedrooms feature premium linens, customs beds, rugs and oak flooring.


Austin, on the eastern edge of Texas Hill Country, is not only the state capital, but lays claim to being the "live music capital of the world." It’s also a center for film and home to the University of Texas and Formula 1's Circuit of the Americas raceway. Its abundant parks and lakes are popular for hiking, biking, swimming, boating and other outdoor pursuits.

With special requests and approval it might be possible to accommodate 10.
