The apartment has:

- an adjoining full bathroom with soaking size tub

- a galley style kitchenette with two cook tops, Breville convection toaster oven, microwave, and large, deep sink
- a living room- coat closet, down cushion couch (a great guest bed), good reading chair and 43" TV
- its own washer and dryer

- blackout blinds in each room

Laurelhurst Park is across the street. It's a five minute walk to Whole Foods and the Laurelhurst Theater. You also have healthy list of great Portland coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops to choose from between 28th and Burnside, SE Belmont and SE Hawthorne. We also have great neighbors!

Public transportation, great street parking

We do live on the upper, two main floors of the house. Teens are here part time. On occasion we rent our space as a vacation rental, usually a three night stay here and there.
