Your little piece of paradise awaits unforgettable memories to be made! This luxurious log cabin, completely remodeled in 2020, is the perfect place to spend some time disconnected from the world yet super close to everything you will need.
The generous 2800 square feet includes 3 bedrooms, 1 loft, 3 bathrooms, high ceilings, two spacious living rooms & wood fireplace.
You will have plenty of space to comfortably spread out a large group. The secluded backyard includes a private pool, patio, and large fire pit to gather around and make memories.
The fine-tuned details in this upgraded beautiful get-away cabin will guarantee a relaxing and quality stay. Uniquely located close to everything but at the same time peaceful and "tucked in the woods". Plenty of parking is available and early luggage drop off is also an option if needed.

COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME:
We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc.
- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
You will have access to the entire home. Nothing is shared and everything is private, including the pool.
Jeremiah is available at all times via his cell phone and lives locally so if you need anything at all, he will be readily available.
Super quiet neighborhood close to everything you will need. Here are some examples of distances from our home:
• Walmart SuperCenter - 8 minutes
• Hannaford Supermarket - 8 minutes
• Saco river entrance - 5 minutes
• Settlers Green Outlets - 9 minutes
• Downtown North Conway - 10 minutes
You will need a car to get around and maybe SUV in the winter would be helpful.
Quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Due to a new noise ordinance in Conway, in the event that the police are called due to disturbing the peace, the homeowner will be charged a $350.00 fine. This fine will then be charged to the renter via Airbnb resolution center. Unfortunately, we've had this experience in past and Airbnb sided with the host as there is a physical ticket issued by the Conway Police.
The swimming pool is closed the second week in September and it’s opened again for Memorial Day weekend.
We love dogs! Dogs are permitted AFTER approval by us. There is an nadditional $100 cleaning fee charged via Airbnb. The maximum amount of dogs is two (2) which is an additional $150.
AC:
The mini splits are located in the master bedroom 2nd floor and in the open living space on the 1st floor. So the loft bedroom would be fully air conditioned.
The open plan basement has a dehumidification system so is cool and dry.
Our Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is just a soaking tub with no functional jets.
Rooms without air conditioner units are the 1st floor bedroom and bunk room basement
* There may be an additional renters agreement sent after the booking is confirmed and must be filled out and signed prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 30
- No smoking in the house.
- Pets must be approved and there will be an additional cleaning fee for this.
- A rental agreement will be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Children are not allowed in the pool unless they are being supervised by an adult.
- Guest is responsible for washing, drying, and putting away all dishes, pans, utensils.
- Guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill if they used it.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-9am
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated.
- No food or drink by the pool
***All pets must be pre-approved prior to your booking. An additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be charged for 1 (one) dog and $150 for 2 (two) dogs. No more than two dogs are permitted at our home. This fee will be charged via Airbnb as your trip date gets closer.***
