Welcome to our spacious family getaway located in the heart of North Conway. Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house caters perfectly for 1 or 2 families to enjoy and make memories here in the Mt. Washington Valley. With 2 living rooms, a screened-in porch, and an outside deck, there is plenty of room to spread out. With a private walking path to Diana's bath and only 5 minutes to Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake and North Conway Village, our location is ideal for taking advantage of what the MWV has to offer.

Serene, private neighborhood, ideally located close to restaurants, shopping and all of the area's best natural attractions. 5 minutes to North Conway Village, 7 minutes to the outlets, less than 10 minutes to both Attitash and Cranmore for winter sports, 12 minutes to Storyland, 5 minutes to Cathedral Ledge, and 4 minutes to Echo Lake. And best of all, the neighborhood offers a private walking path to Diana's Bath - no need to compete for parking!

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
