Renters must be at least 25 years old.
This is a smoke-free resort. Smoking in the condo, on balconies or in common areas is prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY. Guests should be aware of the cancellation policy outlined in their booking confirmation. Canceling the reservation may result in the forfeiture of certain fees, including credit card processing fees. It is important to note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable at any time and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason or timing of the cancellation.
Parties and loud noise are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
No more than 4 total occupants regardless of age are allowed in the condo.
Household trash must be bagged and deposited in the trash chute located on the south end of the hallway. Trash may not be left on the balcony or breezeway under any circumstances.
Please do not hang any any items on the balcony rail or breezeway.
There are mandatory, resort-wide, pest-control treatments the first Tuesday of every month. Guests must allow resort maintenance access to the condo on this date to perform preventative treatments.
