This home has 5 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 King bed, 1 Split King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds. High-speed 5G WIFI is readily available throughout the home, along with one dedicated desk space for those needing to get work done with other spaces work could be done.

Bedroom 1 – The King bedroom offers black out shades, a reading space, a stylish bed frame with a high-end foam mattress, 5 hotel quality cooling pillows, charging ports/plugs built into the headboard plus 4 roll out drawers underneath, 2 night stands with additional charging ports/plugs and wall sconces that create a relaxing vibe, 6 drawer dresser, closet with motion activated light, hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket with liner, clock/alarm combo, oscillating fan, full length mirror and a 50” HD Smart TV for guests to use [Main floor].

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms feature detachable sprayers, additional towels, wash clothes and two waffle weave spa robes per bath for you to relax in during your stay. There are also shower steamers, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, cotton balls, Q tips, hair dryer in each bathroom, baskets for storage and bath mats. You will also have access to starter cleaning supplies in both bathrooms.

The home has two main living spaces and flex space. Designed with natural textures, soft earth tones, and rich wooden accents – it is the perfect space for both rest into for the evening, or to focus your attention for work during the day.

The upstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows, 2 lamps on either side of the TV, recessed can lighting on a dimmer switch, an accent chair, a large coffee table that raises with accent side table and a mounted 70 inch Smart TV for your favorite movie or TV show needs.

The downstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows and blankets, an accent chair, a large coffee table with accent side table and a mounted 65 inch Smart TV for your favorite movie or TV show needs, a vintage Pac Man arcade game with stools, drop leaf table with 3 chairs and brand new board games to relax with your group. A dimmer switch and 2 remote controlled wall sconces with lighting options to create your perfect relaxing vibe.

The flex space downstairs could be used for Yoga, meditation or a light workout. Yoga mats, resistance bands and light weights are provided for use during your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN – DINING – LAUNDRY☆☆

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the remodeled kitchen. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave and a dual Keurig single brew and drip coffee maker with coffee & tea options included for every guest. We provide an assortment of spices, cooking oils and a whole host of cooking utensils and gadgets. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list. Starter dish washer pods, dish/hand soaps, trash bags and cleaning supplies will be provided as well.

We have a 6 person dining table. Whether you want to open your laptop to plan adventures for the day, have dinner with your group, or just want to take things easy, the space gives you everything that you need.

The home is equipped with a set of modern, LG laundry machines (washer & dryer). Guests will have access to starter detergent pods, dryer sheets, an iron with an accompanying board, wool + rubber dryer balls, lint brush and hanging racks.

Please, make yourself at home and consider our house your home base for the duration of your stay. Please note that the 2 car detached garage is included as part of the rental. The garage door dimensions are 16ft x 7ft. Please be sure your vehicle will fit before booking. No discounts for not using the garage.
