The rental listed is for the larger home & pool / grill areas along with both large driveways.
The other property is management property and often vacant but off limits for guests.
You are able to tell the distinction with the fence between the properties.

Parties are NOT allowed at this property. There will be a fee of $300(extra cleaning) and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation for any parties.
