Overall, the street where our home is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood includes a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes.
From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from Downtown/Midtown, and only 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport.

There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the apartment. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. There are bikes/scooters that can be rented from ride sharing apps as well.

- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the apartment complex.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 10am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Hot Tub is used at your own risk
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
- Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time
