Desert Paradise

This was easily the best getaway I've ever had. From start the finish, the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative. What's more, the property was even better than in the pictures and listing! Totally surpassed my expectations. The pool and hot tub were so clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. The bathrooms were pristine and the bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. (Also, I loved the decorations and style throughout the home...so gorgeous!) My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better time. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay, and I can't wait to go back again! Huge thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities needed for a desert getaway. Host is quick to respond if needed. We were amazed at how quiet it was here. Close to all of the necessities. Home is well maintained and kept nice and cool. The perfect escape!

What a FANTASTIC house

Wow we really hit the jackpot when we booked our stay with Nadia. The house and outside was just as described,there was plenty of space and it was at a great location to our venue. Nadia was very responsive during the whole process from booking to checking in to checking out. We don’t live too far away and plan on coming back to stay here on our next trip to the desert. Highly recommend!!!

Truly La Dolce Vita

Great property and hostess. Would definitely stay again. We were expecting a little nicer neighborhood, but felt safe and were close to restaurants, a museum, and most importantly pickleball. A little touch of Europe and Santa Fe all rolled into one. Very nice!

Great house!

This place has it all! Extremely well furnished rental. The best we have had so far by a long shot. Kitchen, fully stocked and ready for cooking. Everything you would possibly need to prepare for meals is already in the kitchen. Pool/spa is great! Only down side is the master bedroom is extremely bright in the mornings. So if you plan to sleep in you’ll need to sleep in a guest bedroom. Over all this place is fantastic. Very quite neighborhood and close to old town. Really no reason to leave house except to hit old town for a meal or two. My wife and I loved it.

Beautiful, relaxing home!

We had a wonderful weekend! Nadia had great communication and instructions. The home is lovely and the outdoor space is so peaceful and relaxing. The interior is clean and cozy. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There were even dog bowls in the pantry. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage. We did not opt for pool heating but with the sun out, we were just fine the way it was. 10/10. Would visit again. Thank you Nadia!!

Super relaxing, adorable place:))

The home is spacious with a wonderful easy to use gas fireplace, a large master bedroom with a large tub and large shower and a spacious attractive kitchen but what I really loved was the front yard , it actually has a fully enclosed small pebble tech pool, and Jacuzzi, which is surrounded by Bougainvillea and was completely relaxing. We were able to pull into the three car garage and the management was amazing. Nadia gave us her cell phone number and was always available. just a great time.

I wanted to start my review by saying the listing looks exactly as presented in the listing. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and easy to access. Couple off putting issues such as the pool what looked like a urine stain on the master bedroom floor. I think this is a pet friendly accommodation but that really grossed me out. There were unnecessary mats in the master bedroom which made me wonder what was hiding under them all. We had a pool/spa issue that was handled quickly by the host, so thankful for her prompt response. Overall was a decent experience.

Great for families with babies and/or dogs

We loved our stay. It was quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. Our one-year old slept like a rock and our timid pup loved the outside patios. I was delighted to see there was a highchair and a bassinette to use as well! The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and close to the old downtown area. Lots of restaurants and things to do.

Get away for golf and Pickleball

Great place to stay, the kitchen is well equipped. Pet friendly, however the backyard is covered with rather larger rock ground cover, pretty hard on pets feet. Would have liked bathroom supplies with tissue vs using toilet paper all the time. Nice containers for cotton balls, Q-tips but I guess you need to bring your own. Small complaints for a very nice home to rent.

Initially from Switzerland, I have had the pleasure of hosting many awesome guests for 15 Years.
I operate and live in Los Angeles, La Quinta, and Big Bear.
The Saga started when I bought my house in La Quinta and started renting it out to Friends and Family. This was the beginning of the Vacation Home Rental Trend in 2009. Now, I am still at it, managing 20 homes.
I relish conveying my homes to individuals from all over the globe.

We do not include Pool heating in the rental rate; we require an additional pool fee of $35-$100 PER DAY, depending on the year's season. We DO NOT preheat the Pool and Spa. But we will start the pool heating once the previous guest has departed at around noon. During hot months, such as July, August, and September, we most likely do not ask for a pool deposit, and we might ask for a pool fee in April, May, and June. If I do not ask for a pool fee and the weather is cooler than expected, please reach out, and we will add a fee. If you paid for heating and changed your mind, or the temperatures are hotter than foreseen, please let me know, and I will reimburse you. During the colder months, it can take up to 1 day to warm the pool to 84F. Spa heating is $25 per day extra from Nov - April. If you pay for the pool heating, the spa is included. !!!!Be aware that 50% of homes heat their pools with propane, which is five times more expensive than natural gas. Our house is natural gas!!!!

Pet fee $75 ($25 additional per pet) for the entire stay.
Customized/Invoice agreement will be emailed to guests and must be signed by you. VRBO authorizes the host to draw up separate contracts to be reviewed and signed by the guest.
Instructions will be emailed two days before the rental date if a signed agreement is received.

We have a reasonable base price for two people. For any additional guests over two, the booking site automatically adds $15 per person per night. If you filled out for two people but are six, the system will not give you the accurate rate. Also, the site will not add the ad fee if you do not mark bringing a pet.
