This open concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining! It features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse style dining table with seating for 8, a drip coffee maker, and all the necessities for a night in!
Living Room
The cozy living room features views of the cove, a large sectional with plenty of seating, an accent chair, side table, room darkening shades, and a flat screen TV. There is a half bath off of the living area.
Master Suite
The Master features a king-sized bed, dresser, accent chair, nightstands, closet, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the deck.
Master Bath
The attached master bath features a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower with glass doors.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, clothing storage, and sliding glass doors for access to the deck.

The third bedroom features two three tier bunk beds, a dresser, and sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony.
Outside
Outside on the deck you will find a gas grill, a gas fire table, a high top table with seating for four, and a bench style table for dining! Down on your private dock situated in a deep water cove, there is room to tie up to the dock. There are two kayaks, a paddle board, and swim steps.

This home is located on the 8 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. It is a 20 minute drive to the popular Bagnell Dam Strip and 25 minutes to Osage Beach! It is situated in a peaceful cove which is perfect for all of your lake activities. Located just minutes from some of the popular lake bars like Franky & Louie’s and Captain Rons!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
