Welcome to Shore is Paradise, a breathtaking four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath sanctuary that embodies the pinnacle of modern excellence. With its sleek design and awe-inspiring vistas of Tampa Bay. The main living floor boasts a pristine kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and essential cookware. A spacious kitchen island with bar seating and dining table complements the chic seating area, featuring two sofas, rustic-inspired chairs, and television. This area also offers a convenient laundry room and stunning bay views from the balcony seating area.
The four bedrooms are spread across the second and third floors and are easily accessible by stairs or elevator. The main bedroom is a sight to behold with its lavish decor, featuring vibrant blue hues and a private deck that exudes tranquility. The ensuite bathroom in this room is equally luxurious, with a double vanity and a walk-in shower, not to mention the capacious walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms, furnished with king-sized beds, radiate extravagance, while the fourth bedroom comes with custom bunk beds. Dressers and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers are available in all guest bedrooms.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that an additional non-refundable pet fee will be charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
