This condo offers a full dose of dreamy desert living. Nestled in the gated Monterey Country Club community, the south-facing condo showcases pleasant fairway and mountain views from a furnished patio. Two locations with a pool and hot tub are located less than a minute walk from the condo.
Watch golfers teeing off while sipping coffee and cocktails on the private patio, or fire up the gas grill for barbeques in the private courtyard. Both the patio and courtyard offer plenty of space to relax on comfortable outdoor furniture.
Vaulted ceilings, strong natural lighting, an open-concept design, and old-world, inspired décor create an inviting ambience for home gatherings. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and ample counter space make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and private access to the patio or the courtyard. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free cable and Wi-Fi, and a private washer/dryer.
Favorite local attractions include Saturday/Sunday “Street Fair” at College of the Desert campus (.5 miles), and El Paseo restaurants and shopping (2.5 miles). Enjoy a perfect centralized location for all of Coachella Valley communities, over thirty public golf courses in Coachella Valley for the golfing enthusiasts, miles of walking and biking within the community, and plenty of desert hiking, biking, and sightseeing in the area.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No golf or tennis is allowed by guests on-site.
The second bedroom "King" size bed can be split into two twin beds, upon request.
One pet under 25 pounds is allowed.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
