You and your guests will sleep in comfort--bedrooms feature luxury mattresses with sumptuous sheets and bedding. Castaways Den can be set as an office, or should you choose, the couch opens to a very comfortable queen bed for added sleep space. All bedrooms feature large smart TVs, ample lighting, ceiling fans, closets, and luggage racks for easy unpacking. All bathrooms are newly remodeled with pristine marble and porcelain tile, and are outfitted with plush towels. The open concept kitchen, dining and family room space is designed to showcase the ocean views while featuring custom marble backsplash, Cambria quartz countertops, modern stainless appliances, French door refrigerator, under counter microwave, coffee maker, all needed kitchen accessories, and a beverage fridge and icemaker at the "Corner Bar" adjacent to the kitchen where you can conveniently fix cocktails and prep coolers for the beach. A custom wood table with wishbone chairs seats six while four barstools make for easy dining all day. A comfortable sectional sofa with bench seating and two swivel chairs make the family room space ideal for conversation and admiring the view, while a 65 inch television and electric ambient fireplace provide the ultimate in entertainment and relaxation. State of the art sound system is provided throughout via Sonos with multiple stations including wireless, moveable speakers. An outdoor balcony runs the entire perimeter of Southside with lounge chairs and ample seating on the front, ocean-facing section where there is also an electric grill for outdoor cooking. At an impressive 3,000 square feet, Southside provides gathering space beyond the typical; the screened in porch adjacent to the Bay Suite and Castaways has a table and four chairs as well as upholstered seating, a bar cart and refrigerator. It is a great spot for whiling away the time, sharing drinks, or playing cards as you watch the boats on the bay. A nook just beyond the foyer offers an upholstered banquette and table ideal for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Beach towels and coolers are provided for your convenience to take to the pool and beach, and speaking of towels, a fully enclosed laundry room just off of the family room allows you to keep clothes and towels out of sight. Enjoy private beach access just across the street, or stay on property and lounge at the newly redone salt-water pool in view of the bay.
