DePersia Dunes ist ein wunderschönes Haus, umgeben von Wäldern am Stadtrand von Grand Haven. Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße mit einem halbwegs abgelegenen öffentlichen Strand, nur 900 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. {Für diejenigen, die nicht mit allen Strandspielzeugen einen Block laufen möchten, ist das Parken auf der Straße in ausreichender Menge gestattet}. Alle Fenster blicken entweder auf das Naturschutzgebiet De Persia South Highland oder auf den üppigen Wald, in dem häufig Rehe und Füchse leben. wilde Truthähne und andere wilde Tiere, die sich auf dem Grundstück wundern.

Professionell dekoriert und lackiert 2018. Dieses Haus ist 2200 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite, die ein Jack und Jill Badezimmer mit einer großen begehbaren Dusche hat. Die zwei Schlafzimmer auf der Westseite haben auch ein komplettes Jack and Jill Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne. Geräusche des Sees können gehört werden, um Sie zum Schlafen zu wiegen. Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, verfügt der große Raum über eine Kathedrale, die sich zur Küche hin öffnet. Ein Gaskamin befindet sich im großen Raum. Die moderne Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen und Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause mit einem vollen Vorrat an Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Ein weiteres Badezimmer ist aus der Küche. Als Bonus bieten wir Kellerzugang, der 1200 Quadratmeter groß ist. Dieser Raum verfügt über einen Billardtisch, einen Basketball, einen Sitzsack und eine Dartscheibe sowie Spielzeug und Spiele, mit denen Kinder und Erwachsene spielen können.

Derzeit vermieten wir nur im Sommer, Herbst und Frühling. Der Herbst ist besonders schön mit den wechselnden Farben und allen Festivals: Kürbisbeet, Apfelernte, Spukhäuser, Kunstausstellungen und Weinproben. Die Stadt hat das ganze Jahr über zahlreiche Festivals.

Great space

This was our second year visiting this home. The layout and location are perfect for our group. Everyone has their own space but there are lots of places for us to spend time together, too. We appreciate the games and all of the comfortable seating.

Vacation with the grandkids

The property worked perfectly for our needs! Plenty of space and the home has more kitchen and household amenities than listed. Owner was quick to answer any questions and solve any issues. Would highly recommend the property and Grand Haven is a wonderful little town!!

Great House, Close to Beach

House was clean, and it was a very short walk to the beach. We also liked having toys and board games for kids in the basement for rainy days. The front porch was very pleasant for relaxing at night. We were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Great location and spacious layout. Well stocked too. Just a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. Close to downtown yet nestled up to nature as well. We had many deer visit us during our stay. Everything we wanted to do was right at our fingertips. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for both R&R and activities.

The house is very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The front porch is cozy and quickly became our favorite gathering spot where we saw deer, many an evening, right in the front yard. Quiet location in a very nice neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, and well worth it, as Lake Michigan is beautiful! Grand Haven is such a quaint, picturesque town, many shops and the Musical Fountain was a highlight for Granny. We would definitely consider this rental another time!

We will b back!!

This was one of our best rental experiences yet. There is no reason that we would not return to this house. Lots of space for everyone. Close to the beach. We did a lot of relaxing but there were plenty of oPtions. We run all year. This is our week to chill. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful well kept home

Had a wonderful family vacation for 6 adults and 4 children Home well kept and spacious with a lot of unexpected supplies available especially in kitchen Bedrooms and baths were quite large and work well for our families The basement was a great playroom but some of the play tables were broke when we arrived Also we were so excited that beach was within walking distance but when we checked it out the day of arrival. It was very very small length and width We ended up driving to state park beach every day. That was beautiful We picked this rental because we could walk to the beach. Since we had 4 children - 5 and under. We will return to Grand Haven and stay closer to state park beach

Excellent house; family friendly and home-like feel

Overall, we had a great stay at Brucker Street. The house has a great welcoming layout, two bedrooms on either side of the house (jack & jill bathrooms + another bathroom off the kitchen in the center of the house), and the main portion of the house has an open floorplan with a spacious kitchen and family room. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental we've stayed at; from waffle irons to fondue pot, all basic cooking items (s&p, flour, spices, etc), and tons of plates/cups (both ceramic and plastic which was nice). Two of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds (the twin & King side) and the other side were much too hard (two queens - one was like a rock - needs a topper of some sort). The basement could definitely use some TLC; each of the games down there were broken in a way (the Foosball table still completely operable but top broken, basketball hoop broken, dart board inoperable - no darts, and pool table somewhat sad). Upgrades would really help down here, but our children were small enough that it didn't affect us at all. There were TONS of toys for little children, as well as games for older children - again one of the best stocked houses we've seen in that regard. The backyard is awesome, we spent most of our time out there playing ladderball (we brought) and cornhole (already there). The upstairs TV could use a small speaker system but is very large and has GREAT amenities (Roku, Netflix, etc - all operable). Tons of seating for a multifamily and large carpeted area for playing. The beach is a relatively short walk (not that far) but from what we heard from others, has really changed with weather over the past year. It was very small and cliff like- still fine for a short play, but we opted to go to the City Beach instead because it's so pristine. Really was no issue, it was a <5-8 min drive away and the house was still priced very fairly for that distance to the beach and for the size of the home. The house is very quiet, dead-end road so little to no traffic coming down the street. Overall, a very good home, would rent again, and would recommend to others. Some TLC to some areas would be great. Owner was receptive to any inquiries and prompt to get things done. All in all, we have stayed in GH many times and this was a great home that is a good price option to "cottages" that don't offer near as many of the amenities. Upgrade the basement and it would be one of the better ones out there in this price range.

Beautiful Home and Location

The property was very well equipped with plenty of kitchen and household supplies. Layout was great allowing one family to use two bedrooms on one end of the house and two on the opposite end separated by the kitchen and large family room. Basement provided an ideal place for children to play. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Very private back and front yard. We really enjoyed sitting on the large front porch in the evening.

Well stocked and spacious

This home is spacious and well laid out for a multigenerational vacation. 4 bedrooms (2 each with Jack and Jill bathrooms and a hall full bath) with an open floor plan with living room and a kitchen with a big family sized table all on the same level. The front porch was a lovely spot for breakfast and quiet time reading. The basement playroom was great for the grandkids. The home is well supplied with most anything needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and skillets, many different sized casseroles, just about any kitchen gadget you would need and lots and lots of dishes and glasses. We gave the dishwasher a workout as well as the washer and the dryer. We had a one year old and the home had a baby gate for the stairway to the basement, a high chair, and a pack and play. The thing that stands out the most is the owner (and her sister) who responded so quickly and smoothly to two issues. Rarely is any trip problem free, but it is how the host responds that sets this apart. The first day, the air conditioner went out, by that evening, there was a technician there who diagnosed and repaired damage to the outside unit done by little woodland critters gnawing on the wires. FIXED! The grill malfunctioned, and again, was replaced the next day. We were impressed. The home was also stocked with a deck box on the porch filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys. So nice not to have to bring them from our homes. We would highly recommend this home and it’s very responsive hosts.

Excellent Family Cottage

Cottage was excellent for our extended family of 10. The bedroom and bathroom layout is excellent. The short walk to the beach, closeness to Grand Haven and Spring Lake for boating was very enjoyable. A home away from home.

I cannot say enough as to how well this house has been stocked for its quests. The kitchen was stalked for tons of the basics, so you did not need to go out and purchase just for every meal that you may be cooking. There was also a pan for everything. There is a baby gate for the basement stairs, baby monitor, baby door latches. Again, for the years my family has been renting vacation homes, I have never seen one done so well. We happened to pick a lousy week, cold and rain, but there were tons of games, toys for the kids to pay with. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful experience, that really could have gone so very bad.

Lake Vacation

Our week at Grand Haven was full of wonderful memories. Bike riding, hiking, playing in the sand, backyard games, cooking in the kitchen, celebrating birthdays..... All things that we will remember for many years. Having the bedrooms on different ends of the house was great as family members' wake up times varied.

I am a frequent traveler and use VRBO myself. Being a school teacher and raising two active boys, I now am an empty nester. In my free time I help with fundraisers for certain causes. Another part of my days is spent being outdoors and being active in such activities as biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, apple and blueberry picking.

Since 1922 my grandparents and their children have been vacationing in Grand Haven. They built a cottage on Lake Michigan 1943, which all of his11 grandchildren have inherited. The 11 grandchildren families still come up every summer to enjoy the each other, nature and the beach.Since the family has become so large I purchased this property a block away.

Relaxing retreat with fun family activates located in a peaceful secluded section of Grand Haven, which is only ten-minute drive. Bike paths also can be used to get to the quaint town. This gorgeous open space layout has huge front porch and backyard area with a grill to entertain and play yard games. Rosy Mound nature preserve is walking distance from the beach and offers nature, hiking trails. Blueberry picking is just a short drive away. Delicious!!!
