Super Spacious House w/ Private Pool and Game Room

Our gorgeous 4-bedroom vacation home comfortably accommodates your party of 8. This a single-level house with no stairs.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a King bed, TV, and a lovely pool view. There is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a TV. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. Come and take a dip in your PRIVATE pool right outside your back door!

Our home was tastefully furnished to provide you all the modern amenities you expect in a luxury vacation rental.

- Your own PRIVATE POOL to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available upon request and has to be confirmed a week prior to arrival to have it ready for you at your check-in, via the link we shared with you via messaging. Pool heating is turned on early on the day of your arrival, so depending on the weather conditions (cold season), the water temperature may not reach a comfortable temperature until the day after your arrival. We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature.

- And if you like grilling, you can ask for a 3 or 4-burner outdoor grill! The outdoor grills are not on-site and will be available upon request. The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively.

You are just a short drive from all of the wonderful attractions Orlando has to offer. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and fine dining and shopping are just a few minutes' drive away!

If you have a baby or a toddler, there is also a pack-n-play and high chair available (due to allergy concerns, linens for the pack-n-play are not provided). Your little ones will love Lake Berkley’s children’s playground. There is also an attractive nature walk, which children enjoy a lot. It provides an excellent opportunity for young and old alike to catch a glimpse of some of Florida’s natural wildlife – and it is an excellent way to wind down a day after a high-octane day of fun at the Orlando theme parks.

A modern open-floor concept kitchen is connected to the living room and dining area, overseeing your private pool. The living area has a Smart TV, where your whole party can enjoy family time. Next to the dining area, the master bedroom presents one king bed and an en suite bathroom overlooking the pool deck. The two kid's bedrooms are themed with Mickey Mouse decor and have two single beds each. There is another king bedroom with a private bathroom. The game room has a pool table, foosball (soccer table), and a TV. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.


ABOUT THE RESORT

This luxury townhouse is located in the lovely Lare Berkley Resort. Lake Berkley is a 24-hour gated community in the heart of Kissimmee, just off 192 highway. The woodland grounds give the resort an attractive setting. In them, you will find stocked fishing lakes (with a ‘catch and release’ policy) and a fishing pier).

You can reach the volleyball beach and outdoor exercise stations along the lakeside walk. There are also some communal picnic tables and a BBQ area there.

The Lake Berkley resort also has a clubhouse that boasts a lovely communal pool with a children’s paddling pool, jacuzzi, and cabana. The clubhouse has a small gym, internet room, printing facilities, and lounge.

The resort is just a ten-minute drive from Disney World, but manages to retain a secluded feel – perhaps in part down to the 24-hour manned gate, but mostly down to the beautiful woodland/ lakeside setting.

Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am sharp.

Additional (mid-stay) cleaning can be arranged upon request.

Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 8 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. If you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at any supermarket.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies).

Important information about the pool:
Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don't lock it).
When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, optional pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.
