Air conditioning, internet and a Smart TV to enjoy your stay in this beautiful place, and you'll be close to the tourist sites of the city.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private. The property has 3 units and this one does not have outdoor areas, just the studio.

1. Requests for late check-out must be requested in advance.
2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. Parties are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $250 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photo shoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized production will result in a $2,000 fine and/or eviction.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $30 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
