The Space:
A beautiful 1BR Home of 450 sq. ft. with capacity for four (4) people, has one (1) King size bed in its private room next to a nightstand with a lamp. In the living room you have a sofa bed in front of a low table and a flat screen TV. You have a dining area to seat 4 people along with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, cutlery and a laundry room.

A spacious and bright bathroom with big vanity, a shower, personal cleaning products, hairdryer and towels.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Valley Village. Very close to iconic sites such as the Hollywood walk of fame, the Santa Monica Pier where you will find an atmosphere of carnival fun by the sea. You will have the shopping La Vallée Village home to over 120 boutiques, countless restaurants, but keeping the tree lined streets allowing the convenience of the city just minutes from major freeways that take you anywhere in Los Angeles.

2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. Parties are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $250 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photo shoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions (including small or student projects) must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized production will result in a $2,000 fine and/or eviction.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $30 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
