We love to share our home with guests from all over the world which is located a short 4-5 minute walk from the famous Waikiki beach. Easy walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium, and many parks, retail shops and restaurants.
For your convenience, we are able to provide you with one free parking stall in attached parking garage and free Fiber Optics Internet/Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay. On location, there are plenty of fun things to do on the 6th floor recreation deck where you will find 2 hot tubs, men's and women's dry sauna, heated swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, children's playground and a family BBQ area. You will enjoy sitting on our lanai and staring at the ocean while watching sailboats, ships, airplanes, catamarans, submarines, rainbows, sunsets, and an occasional hump back whale pass by.
We also have a personal storage locker that our guests can access and utilize various beach and sporting gear that will make your time in the sun a little more fun. We offer the following items for your use: (4) Beach towels, (2) Beach chairs, (2) sets of masks/snorkels/fins, (2) Boogie Boards, (2) Tennis Rackets and tennis balls, (1) Basketball, misc. floaties and sand bucket with toys. We also have a Graco Pack N' Play, located in our bedroom closet, for infants.
We also provide fresh, clean bed linens and towels for your use: 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 wash/face clothes. We also provide basic and complimentary starter supplies consisting of trial size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, 1 bar of hand soap, liquid dish soap, 1 sponge/scrub pad, 2 kitchen wash clothes, 2 kitchen towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 box Kleenex. For longer stays, our guest will need to purchase additional supplies at own cost, as required.
Our full gourmet kitchen and center island contains all the necessary items for cooking a good home cooked meal including Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove & Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Rice Maker, Tea Kettle, Electric Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Various pots and pans, Cookware, Bakeware, Plateware, Glassware, Silverware, measuring cups, cutting boards, wine opener, can opener, and assorted spices. We have table wares equipped for 8 guests. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Large air conditioner in living room with remote control. Room darkening shades in living room and bedroom. Visio V-Series 50" 4K UHD Smart TV in living room with 175 free Cable Channels, Fiber Internet and Wi-Fi.
Guest access
Easy access in and out of the condo for you and your family. Key pad coded door access allows for a contact free, simplified check in and check out process. Simply enter the door code on the way in and when you check out just pull the door closed behind you. It's that simple! With our owners parking pass, you will never again have to worry about searching for a parking space or pay garage fees. 5 parking garage levels to choose from so you can enjoy the evening without wondering where your going to park when you get home. Parking is first come, first serve in any parking spot. All parking spots are unassigned.
Other things to note
Hawaii state law requires anyone who is renting any type of transient accommodation to charge a transient accommodation tax (TAT) and a general excise tax (GET). When combined, these taxes make up the Hawaii occupancy tax. The Hawaii occupancy tax is currently 17.962% which applies to all hotel and condo reservations. Hawaii occupancy tax is calculated by taking gross room rate and cleaning fee and multiplying by 17.962%. Please contact us with questions regarding Hawaii occupancy tax.

We hired a professional, on-site, cleaning service to keep our condo looking top notch, clean, and comfortable. This is one way we strive to make your vacation unforgettable!

Check in is at 4:00 pm (except otherwise expressly stated by writing). Check out time is at 10:00 am. If you know you will need to arrive early or depart late, it is highly recommended that you purchase an additional nights stay to ensure your comfort.
Miscellaneous In formation:
Building maintenance services will conduct water shutdowns, pest control & air conditioning services, emergency repairs, etc, from time to time, and will need to enter the apartment at a minimum disturbance to the guests, as needed. Guests shall accommodate such building maintenance services to ensure the condo functions properly for everyone's benefit.
Quiet Hours, Noise or other disturbances:
Waikiki Banyan House Rules "Quiet Hours" are 10:00pm-7:00am HST daily.
The lobby desk is run by Aston Hotels and they do NOT respond to calls from private condo owners. All complaints for guest issues that would be as a result of "other peoples doings" such as noise should be addressed through the security office. The security office is located on the lobby level of the tower 2 side of the building. If you are facing the Aston check in counter, you will turn to your left and you will see a short hallway behind you. Go to the end of the short hallway on the left and knock on the glass and someone will assist you with your concern.
We have been visiting Hawaii for over 25 years and have seen pests every so often in various highly rated hotels and condos we have stayed in. Despite owning and maintaining a clean condo with monthly pest control services, one might see pests on rare occasion as they are part of the Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. Some pests are ground based while others can fly. It is not uncommon to spot them in hotels, condos, resorts, shopping malls, or even rental vehicles throughout the Hawaiian-islands one is traveling thousands of miles to see. We agree this information may be disturbing and unpleasant to some, but it is reality and something to be aware of. Pests aside, there are beautiful sights, activities, and weather to experience in this tropical paradise.

The Waikiki Banyan has a great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, zoo, aquarium and we are even fortunate enough to have two different condos with different, spectacular views and hope you will enjoy as much as we do. Our highly desirable and recently renovated high floor luxury condo in the famous Waikiki Banyan Resort Condominium has stunning Deluxe Ocean, City, Sunset and partial 6th Floor Recreation Deck views and located just steps away from the famous Waikiki Beach! You will enjoy sitting on our lanai, staring at the ocean while watching sailboats, ships, airplanes, catamarans, submarines, rainbows, sunsets, and an occasional humpback whale pass by! Our wonderful condo was remodeled in 2021 and includes a new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, woodgrain cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom vanity areas, laminate flooring in kitchen, living room, bathroom areas, carpeting in bedroom, new living room and bedroom furniture, flat screen TV, air conditioner, thermal blackout (room darkening) draperies, and comfortable living areas. Our condo includes free Fiber Optics Internet, Wi-Fi, Cable TV with 175 Channels, Visio 50” Smart/4K UHD TV, and free on-site parking in attached parking ramp for one vehicle during your stay by utilizing our parking hang tag. We also provide our valued guests with various sporting good and beach gear courtesy items located in the 16th Floor Laundry Room – Storage Locker “A”.
