Upon entering, you are greeted with tall ceiling, an open floor plan, coastal chic decor and all the amenities you’ll need for your beach vacation. The living area has a large L-shaped couch and big screen TV - perfect for a family movie night. The open dining area has a large dining table and flows right into the gorgeous, modern kitchen.

The primary bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet, a desk/workspace, and a large shower with a rain shower head. Upstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms and a bathroom, joined by a second living area. Open the door and step out onto a very large and open sun deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy it at nighttime with the string lights under the stars.

Tucked in the back, surrounded by shade trees, is a fully screened, large outdoor living area that is perfect for entertaining, or relaxing listening to Mother Nature.
