On the ground floor, there is the living room and dining room area, the kitchen, a laundry room, a backyard with exterior chairs, a storage room under the stairs, and a guest bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, and in the other two bedrooms there are two single beds in each bedroom, as well as a second full bathroom. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room area

In the surrounding area, you can also find medical services, pharmacies, and restaurants serving all types of food with home-delivery service.

Rincón del Cielo area is close to "Federal Highway #200" which connects the entire Banderas Bay; from Puerto Vallarta just 40 minutes south, to Punta de Mita only 30 minutes north.
