Wenn Sie einen Zufluchtsort abseits von Page suchen, sind Sie hier richtig. Die Aussicht vom Deck ist unschlagbar. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Aussicht von meinem Haus NICHT mit einem anderen Haus in der Gegend zu übertreffen sind, wenn Sie die Preise überprüfen. Mein Zuhause ist keine perfekte Hotelanlage, sondern "heimelig" und sehr geräumig. Die Pracht der weiten Sicht von meinem Deck ist beispiellos. Einfach ausgedrückt: Dieses Haus ist mit Abstand die beste Option für Ihre große Familie in der gesamten Region.
Es gibt eine riesige Fläche, in der Ihre Boote bei Ihnen sein können, während Sie hier bleiben. Der Wohn- und Essbereich bietet eine hervorragende Geräumigkeit für mehrere Familien zum Essen und Genießen! Es gibt Regeln, nach denen keine Lichter an den Außenhäusern angebracht sind, damit Sie alle Sterne sehen können, aber tagsüber haben Sie vollen Zugang zur Wahweap Bay und zum Lone Rock. Wenn Sie Lake Powell überhaupt kennen, werden Sie staunen, wenn Sie auf dem Deck sitzen und an Ihrem Merlot nippen. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, eines mit Queensize-Bett und zwei mit Doppelbetten. . Sie können buchstäblich 10 Leute zusammen haben und wenn Page KEINE Motels in Sicht hat, können Sie dieses schöne Familienheim haben, zu dem Sie nach Ihrem langen Tag am Strand oder nach dem Wandern zurückkehren können. Denk dran: DAS IST KEIN MOTEL !!! Es ist Familienzusammengehörigkeit in seiner besten Form !!! Genießen Sie die Geräumigkeit der Zimmer, die Einheit, die Sie alle spüren werden, und die atemberaubende Aussicht. Wenn Sie ein Upgrade auf Perfektion und sterile, generische Unterkünfte wünschen, entscheiden Sie sich für die Motels in Page !!!

Wenn Sie die Perfektion eines Hotelerlebnisses benötigen, versuchen Sie, ein Hotel in Page zu finden !! Noch eine Anmerkung: Dies ist eine Gegend, die SEHR RUHIG ist. Wenn Sie laute Partys und Musik haben möchten, hat mein Haus leider nichts zu bieten. Wenn Sie ein tolles Zuhause für mehrere Familien und Spaß wollen, ist mein Platz großartig !!!

60th birthday get away

Our group of 10 traveled from MN for a 60th birthday getaway starting in Page and ending in Lake Havasu. This home was ideal for the first leg of our trip - plenty of space for all of us, great location convenient to what we had planned and in very nice condition. Host was excellent about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Lake Powell Trip

We had an amazing stay. Had everything we needed and was close to boat ramps and Page Arizona. Communication was excellent and will stay here again in the future. The home is very roomy. Held our group of 9 adults with room to spare.

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The views were amazing, especially in the morning at sunrise. The house was spacious and accommodated our group well. The host, Catherine, communicated quickly and was helpful with our needs. Nice place to stay in.

Great Location

A great location just five minutes from Lake Powell and 15 minutes from downtown Page. Catherine was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was nice and was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip with family.

Spacious and comfortable

Plenty of room for my family to play games watch several tvs and chill out after day on the lake! Owner was extremely available and responsive to any issues. Very close to gas station for fueling the boat and truck and C store. Only about 10 min to Wahweap and stateline ramps. Beautiful view of lake and you can hear coyotes yip and howl if you sit on the porch late!

This home is nestled in a very well kept, quiet, and distinctive subdivision with dramatic views

Why stay in a hotel in town, when you can have a complete home with multiple bedrooms and baths, full kitchen, awesome views, nice desert landscaping, and even roaming rabbits in the neighborhood. Plus, beautiful sky, day and night.

Beautiful views!

The home was spacious and had a lovely open plan where everyone could spend time together. The views were incredible. Everything we needed in the kitchen with lots of room to cook. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient location to town and activities!

Powell Graduation Trip

We had family and friends out to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation, and we had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for a large gathering, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views, and a nice restful place to return to at the end of a fun day on the water.

Amazing view and quite a spacious house

We had a group of 13. Everyone loved staying in this property. The house is quite spacious. Wish we could stay for a couple of more nights. Will definitely come back. Catherine was quite helpful and attentive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend to stay here for a few days.

Great house for the money!

As others have said, the house/furnishings are older but we completely enjoyed the stay. It has lots of room, a great view of the lake, and a large driveway for the boat. It is far enough from town to be wonderfully quiet but know that you can't get pizza delivered. There is a DVD (but not blu-ray) player. As long as the price stays low we will be back next year. Have fun all!

Awesome View! Awesome Owner!

We stayed at this beautiful home for only one night before renting our houseboat at Lake Powell. The view was magnificent. We all said, "Maybe we should just stay in this house for the week." :-) We arrived at the house late and left early the next day so we did not get to fully enjoy the place. The owner was responsive and communicative. The house is close to Page without being "in" the city. I highly recommend this home.

Wintertime getaway

This is a very nice home, and better than photos display in the main living areas. Beautiful master suite. 3 of 5 bedrooms are in the basement with a common bath - no problem for the family using that floor for us. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. Views are truly magnificent. Wifi access and fireplace instructions would've been helpful on check-in, but homeowner was easily reachable. Please note that cell reception is poor for AT&T customers, but Verizon worked fine. Our family of 8 enjoyed our short stay here.

Nice Home

Beautiful views and neighborhood. The home is a great location to do things around the lake. Upstairs has two bedrooms which are nice. Overall home needs some updating. Downstairs area has several more bedrooms and bath which also needs some updating. The outside porch area was really nice, but more patio chairs would be helpful. Only has two rockers and bench. Grill needs replacing. Kitchen is nice and well equipped however bring bottled water and ice as fridge does not make it. Owner was very kind and responsive. Would stay here again if in the area.

Quiet Neighborhood, Great View

Great, ever changing view of colorful cliffs as sun moves across the sky (unfortunately, currently no lake/water view due to the drought). Living area is big, bright and airy, with well kitted-out kitchen, - a very pleasant place to spent the day if you choose not to go out, or to just relax in the evening. Also, the downstairs sitting area, which also has a TV, looks like a good place for the kids to get away from the adults. The major attractions of the area are a short drive (antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon dam, Lake Powel tours and toy rentals, and local hikes), Bedroom furnishings don't match the standard of the living area but since this seems to be reflected in the relatively low per night price of such a large well located home, we didn't ding it any stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break stay and considered the home good value..

Beautiful view and really nice house in a very quiet neighborhood.

This is a very nice house with a gorgeous view of Lake Powell. We were two couples traveling together in April. The upstairs is really nice and has everything you could want. We decided that one couple would stay upstairs and one downstairs for privacy. The downstairs is a little like a finished basement and it was a little cold. There are two bedrooms upstairs and we should have both stayed up there. During warmer months all rooms would have been fine. There is a space heater that we moved to the downstairs bath and it was fine. All in all, it worked out perfectly for what we needed.

Great Place

The location was great for us. It's about 15 min outside of town in a quiet development. The Wahweap Marina is only about 5 min away. The house is a little outdated, especially downstairs but it was a great place to crash after a long day on the lake. The AC was great to cool off in after a hot day in the sun. The living room TV was great for the kids to hook up their X-box and play in the evening. The grill came in handy and the kitchen was stocked well enough to be functional. Plenty of fridge space with the spare in the garage. The WiFi is pretty slow but we didn't really go on vacation to stay connected anyway so it was no big deal. The night sky is pretty awesome with the light restrictions in the neighborhood. Great off-street boat parking big enough for a 24' boat hooked to a Yukon XL. We will definitely look for this place again next time we go to Lake Powell.

Good for a large group

The house is very good for a large group. We stayed here the night before a house boating trip on the lake. It's a little funky but worked out great. As stated in previous reviews, it could use some updating. Make sure to read the rules before you use the bathrooms. The "fancy towels" that are in the bathrooms are not to be used. You need to get towels from the linen closet and don't use the place mats on the table. The oven only has 1 rack so it was very difficult to cook 2 pizzas at the same time. I would suggest placing a second rack back in the oven. Having more than a couple of rocking chairs on the porch would be nice since the house is set up for a large group and it's likely that more than 2 people at a time would like to enjoy the view of the lake.

Don't bother with houseboats, or sand on the beach....come to my home and get in on thee most stunning lake views while having the comfort of a real home. Book now....Nowhere else can compare to my views from the deck. I PROMISE!
