Great pool and great view.

We felt very safe here and the pool was nice. We used the chef and the food was pretty good but it was always ready earlier than we asked for. The place could use a deep clean. And dish towels and a bigger coffee maker. Claire and Trey were good.

Great place, excellent host

This was a tremendous place to stay. While the US was getting hit with record lows in Jan 25, we were enjoying the 80-degree weather! Our host Tracey was extremely accommodating and all our needs were met. His staff was very responsive. We used the villa as the meeting location for our five board members and it worked out beautifully. We walked to the restaurants, the grocery store, and even the beach. All in all, we loved the place!

The BEST place to stay in Sosua!

We had an amazing time at this residence. The house was beautiful, the chef was AMAZING, and the location was Perfect. Tracey was very receptive and always responded in a timely manner. Jack was very helpful, and always made sure our stay was enjoyable. Nene cooked some amazing food, I miss her till this day! cant wait to return!

Perfect and as advertised.

This property was perfect. The pictures were accurate and all amenities were as described. The neighborhood is very well kept and they have 24 hr security at the front gate. In addition, the liason (JACK) was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to provide insight about many things on the island. He was able to set us up with a vehicle and facilitated an excursion trip as well. The home was everything we were looking for and more, add Jack into the equation and you have a vacation with no worries.

Villa 26

The Villa 26 was everything we could of wanted and more. Tracey the owner was such a good guy so helpful above and beyond. And the property Manager Jack was a class act So incredibly helpful our while group all for of us all agreed that he was the best most helpful real and genuine guy. We all agreed that if he ever came to our towns Las Vegas, and Long Island that we would gladly take care of this man. What ever he needs cause that is how he treated us. I wish that Jack would be at every location we go to on our annual trip he just makes it a better experience. Thanks Jack

5 Star at its Best!

With this property, the pictures of the property are what you get when you arrive. This property is very clean and offers a resort style feel with the open air spaces on the perimeter of the unit.. The pool is absolutely wonderful! I have stayed at other properties and I can honestly say, I wanted to dive into this pool and I certainly did. The inside of the Villa is extremely spacious and offers a lot of privacy in the rooms. The master bedroom is a true Master bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The cleaning staff was very professional and tended to our needs. The entertainment provided by this Villa is top notch! The sound system is great, and was ready for connection to other devices via AUX. The kitchen has everything you need and more! We had buffet style meals with all the utensils and kitchen needs available to feed a huge family. We are planning our next trip and this will be our permanent Villa of stay for quite some time! PS: Owner is very professional and accommodating. Top Notch!

best vacation ever

This villa was everything it said it would be. It's located in the perfect location with armed security so your safety is guaranteed. It's within walking distance to beach, town, stores and restaurants. After doing extensive research on many places to stay, this one topped them all. If this is your first time visiting D.R. sosua you may have many of doubts and insecurities. But rest assure, the owner Tracey is legit and he will answer questions and get you prepared to have the best vacation in your home away from home. I highly recommend you hire chef NeNe. Everything she prepared for us was delicious. She was one of the highlights of the vacation. Enjoyed having a pool right outside of my bedroom. If you like to go clubbing the Rumba club and club Classic are the two I enjoyed most. The music was great. If you like riding ATVs (four wheelers) you can get a great deal at the beach. Decided to go horseback riding also; had a choice between riding on the beach or the mountains. Choose the mountains the views are spectacular. Make sure you bring all cash and convert some to pesos. I wouldn't shop with credit cards here. (most vendors don't take them anyway).

Family Trip to D.R.

We planned a family trip to Sosua, stayed at the Villa26 Residencial Hispaniola, and could not have been more pleased with our entire experience. I was concerned that we would not have the appropriate accommodations for our children since it was not an all inclusive setting but I was quite wrong. The house was gorgeous and very spacious! We had our own private LARGE pool and hot tub along with a separate outdoor game-room/tv area for our boys to chill out in after our off site daily adventures or a place to cool off or take a break from the sun. When planning the trip Tracey (home owner) was very responsive to our questions through email which helped us plan our weeklong stay so we could take full advantage of what D.R. has to offer. We used Nene the cook for many meals who was not only a talented cook but was also accommodating to ours sons life threatening food allergies (eggs, nuts , shellfish). The maid service came daily to clean the house and did my boys laundry mid week which was super helpful and convenient. We had arranged massages/mani/pedi's several times in the morning at the house before going out for the day which was relaxing and wonderful. The driver service was efficient and accommodating to our needs when driving us around along with being super helpful! The beaches were stunning and the water was crystal clear. Honestly, hands down one of the best family vacations we have ever been on and I can't wait to make a photo album of these amazing memories to share.

I will be back!

First, we missed our connecting and ended up missing a day. Because they were not booked, Tracey allowed us to extend one more day at no charge. Jack, the property manager was awesome. He arranged everything from pickup to Covid tests. He was a resource for everything and responded quickly through What’s App. The Villa is well maintained and nicely appointed. They even provide you with a fresh filtered water tank! The decorations and bathrooms are modern. The residence is safe with security at the gate 24/7. The neighborhood is a nice one, only 10 -15 walk from the action. The beach is also walkable. Everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Place was nice. In need of a painting and better house cleanings or a thorough cleaning. My only complaint is I contacted the manager about a death in my family and I had to leave early. Manager asked me to call when I got home and I did and no reply. Was going for a refund on the days I couldn’t stay or at least a future booking credit.

I had a really good time in this villa! It is a very beautiful. My favorite part was the large pool, and I loved the Jacuzzi! I did not get the heated option, but it was still perfect. The heated option might have been nice if you plan on going in at night. A/C in every room and the living room worked great. Jack the property manager was very helpful, and always available via Whatsapp. The cleaning ladies are also very friendly. The villa is close to the entrance of Residential Hispaniola, and its a short walk to town and the beach. I walked a lot to downtown Sosua. The only things I felt could have improved a little was the internet was slow, and the water pressure of the shower was really weak. But If you let the shower run for 10 minutes, the pressure picks up. Other than that the place was perfect. You will not regret staying here!

Amazing Villa! The perfect place to stay, for my birthday and first time in Sosua!

I loved every bit of this villa and so did my villa mates! It was the perfect choice for my 30th birthday and first time in Sosua ! The open lay out makes it perfect for entertaining guests. The sound system fills the entire house nicely. The pool goes to about 6 feet deep which is very nice on those hot days you jump right in. Also the view from the pool looking out at the ocean is beautiful! The kitchen is fully stocked! We had guest's cook us a meal the last night. We only purchased food everything they needed was there for them to cook us a amazing dominican meal. I have no complaints about this villa, Jack, the property manager was really helpful getting us started our first day. The maid was nice and trust worthy. Oh yea, the outdoor shower was amazing too. I can go on and on about this place. I can see my self returning to this villa in the future maybe for years to come!

Beautiful ocean and mountain views from the deck. Entertainment options in the home are unparalled in the area from the Satellite TV and the built-in 150 inch hi definition movie projector to the large flat screen TVs in each room and the separate video and entertainment pool room for gamers and children.

Commission Referral Policy
Clients who refer other guests qualify for up to a 10% commission. The commission percentage is based on the ratio of the actual booked price to list price. The commission is applied to the actual booked price.
For example, if you refer a customer and the list price is $375 per night and the actual booked price is $325 per night then the commission earned for a 7-night stay is calculated as follows:
Actual Booked Price ($325)/List Price ($375) x .1 x $325 = $28.17 per night
If the referred client books for 7 nights, then the total earned commission is $197.19 (7 x $28.17)
