**LAYOUT, BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
Our house, nestled among trees, features a split-level floor plan with four stylish bedrooms, each boasting new furniture and TVs. The lower level includes the Master bedroom with a fireplace, sitting area, office nook, and private bath, alongside a game room and half bath. The main floor has the living area, kitchen, and dining, while the upper level includes a Jr Master with a private bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full-size beds and a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with new linens and closets for guests comfort.

**KITCHEN & DINING**
The living space is designed with an open concept, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that includes marble countertops, a microwave, and an electric oven. All necessary cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig and drip coffee maker and dishwasher pods are provided for your convenience. The dining area is highlighted by a wooden table with stylish chairs and bench seating that can accommodate up to six guests. Additionally, there is a large kitchen island complemented by three barstools, offering additional seating options. This layout seamlessly integrates the cooking and dining spaces, creating an inviting area for family meals and gatherings.

**LOUNGE SPACES + GAME ROOM**
The house features three separate indoor lounge areas: a modern living room on the main level, a game room on the lower level, and a tranquil sitting room/office nook on the lower level.

The main-level living room, highlighted by large windows, provides a serene view of the surrounding trees. It's furnished with new, stylish furniture, creating a comfortable and contemporary space.

The master suite on the lower level is a special retreat, featuring a fireplace and separate sitting area great for reading a book or taking care of some work in a dedicated office nook, offering a blend of comfort and functionality.

Lastly the game room on the lower level is an energetic and entertaining space, boasting an air hockey table, a record player, and a big-screen TV. The room is completed with a large, cozy couch, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
The house is situated on a spacious and private lot, surrounded by trees within a tranquil neighborhood, featuring an expansive outdoor area. This area is encircled by multiple decks, providing ample space for relaxation. This house also includes a flat driveway with a basketball goal, ideal for guests who enjoy outdoor sports.

Your safety matters. This property has Ring Cameras with audio on the exterior parts of the house. These will be on at all times but don't worry, it absolutely does not look into interior spaces.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay including full kitchen. Free parking is available in the spacious covered carport.
