Trade Winds! This beach inspired townhome is the ideal place to stay for the ultimate North Padre Island destination getaway. Aruba Bay Waterfront Resort and Kokomo Yacht Club offers first class accommodations near the Texas Gulf Coast. This newly built resort is located along the protected waters of Lake Padre and has access thru Packery Channel to the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay. Every unit is custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor an open concept living space and beautiful views of the wetlands. This location is just minutes from the beach and provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Beautiful Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Girls weekend was wonderful at this unit. Stayed in a smaller unit last year, and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this one bedroom was. The location was fabulous, the unit was spotless and the furnishings were in excellent shape, comfortable bed, and nice privacy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo and loved that we had the option to bring our dog. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. We did have a noisy neighbor who was playing music. The music did stopped around 11pm. The living room wall allowed alo to of noise to pass thru.I would definitely stay here again.

The Just Right Spot...

We needed a little getaway from the city and this location was just the right spot. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and just about anything. It was like being cocooned in a little slice of utopia. Will definitely use them again.

Cute beach townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that they allowed pets. Walking distance to the beach. The yacht club amenities are a great bonus and everything you need to know is right there as you walk in. I would stay here again!

Cleanliness is a priority

The property is great, location is great but the cleanliness of the condo was not to my standards. I reached out to management and I will say they made attempts to make it right like waiving the cleaning fee and offering to send someone to clean. I declined the housekeeper, for my own reasons. However, the items left dirty are no brainers for me when cleaning a rental space and it made me think the unit had never been cleaned since the last renter. For this reason I probably will not stay here again. I’m HUGE on cleanliness!
