Welcome to Encinitas and our oasis! This home is attached to a 1-bedroom ADU. There is a local guest staying in this ADU. The ADU does not have access to the back yard. It is very private. The ADU and the home have a shared driveway.
This updated stunner has it all, an ideal location close to the ocean, an open-concept layout, and an oasis-like backyard! Under the warm Encinitas sunshine, splash, float, grill, and hammock in the enclosed backyard. The ample outdoor seating ensures your relaxation when you'd prefer to sunbathe, read, or dine alfresco. Inside, entertaining moments will continue in the fully-equipped game room, complete with pool table and other games.
Steps from here, the open living room, dining area, and kitchen blend together in perfect unison. The living room's gas fireplace, smart TV, and oversized sofa lend themselves to family movie viewings, whereas the chef's kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a sizable breakfast bar. A remote work station is also available in this space and down the hall. When all you want is a sweet beverage, the home's wet bar will come in handy.
Down the hallway, the expansive primary suite boasts a fireplace, large TV, and spa-like bathroom. Moments of self-care will come with ease amidst the bathroom's jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Adorned with bohemian decorations, pops of color, high-quality linens, and central air - the additional three bedrooms are just as comfortable. The interior amenities extend to the designated exercise space and separate laundry area.
Evenings under the twinkle lights can be spent gathered around the in-ground firepit's dancing flames. Close to your retreat, create memorable moments at the San Diego Botanic Garden, Cottonwood Creek Park, Annie's Canyon Trail, Torrey Pines Golf Course, and the area's numerous local shops and restaurants.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool can be heated for an additional $100/night.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
