It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Both bathrooms have showers. Living room has a TV and there is also high speed internet. The back has a porch with unforgettable views. Walk down the right and you have a fire pit where you can roast some marshmallows.

No pets, unless guest let’s host know. An extra fee will be charged. Fee will be higher if guest does not let host know. Fee can be discussed with host before booking.

All communication should be done through VRBO’s messenger platform as it is part of VRBO’s policy.

We take pride in our property and expect our guests to treat it with care.

No smoking inside the property, and a $500 penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking for extra professional cleaning and 'de-smoking' of the home.

Any tampering of any of our devices, including wifi, tv, locks, doorbell, etc is strictly prohibited.

No loud music, parties, or gatherings outside past 11 pm. Be respectful to the neighbors.

Please try to not dirty any towels and/or other linens with tough stains as it may cause trouble to clean/replace.
