Kick back and enjoy the chill tropical vibes in our Vista getaway that is just a short 20 minute drive to all of the local attractions including Legoland, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and the beach.
After your day of enjoying what San Diego has to offer, come back to your private pool, hot tub and grill out for a nice dinner in a comfortable house in a quiet residential neighborhood.
• Freshly decorated home complete with a King, three Queen, a Full bed, and one pullout sleeper sofa.
• Lounge out by the pool and soak up the California sun.
• Play a game of mini golf on our brand new putting green.
• Vacation home complete with private pool, hot tub, outdoor living room, grill, and brand new putting green.
• Relax in our beautifully landscaped backyard area and make sure to pick some fresh fruit!
• Kick back and relax on the huge living room couch and watch your favorite shows and movies on a smart TV and awesome surround sound, complete with all the apps to watch your favorite TV shows and movies!
• Fully decorated home with tons of natural light.
• Large patio in the back with tons to do with friends and family.
Pool and Spa Heat:
The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas and electricity. Costs vary depending on the time of year. October 1 through June 1, the fee is $125/day. June 2 through September, the fee is $100/day. Spa-only heating $40/day.
If you need the pool/spa heating, kindly let us know before arrival. Please note that pool and spa heating fees are not refundable based upon use. If we see the pool heating and you haven't prepaid or told us you are going to heat the pool the fee is $200/ day and you will be charged for everyday of the reservation.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• Minimum age to book is 25.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link.
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience!
• Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
-No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking)
-No parties on the premises ($2,000 free for breaking)
- No Amplified music or sound is allowed outside or inside that can be heard outside.
-No pets allowed ($200 fee for breaking)
-No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
-Please be checked out by 11:00am to avoid a fee.
-We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property. ($200 fee for breaking).
-Please do not remove or unplug the pool robot: this will result in a fine.
-Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste. Thank you!
