Summer Winds B-604 is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. This spacious penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you lots of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront decks. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath and a Color Cable TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds and a Shared Bath. Master bedroom #4 has a King Bed and a Private Bath. Full Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher. The spacious Living Room has a Color Cable TV. Enjoy taking the elevator to the top floor views.

Total bedding includes two kings, one queen, two twins, and one full sleeper sofa.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
