We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel! The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, and offers huge rooms at great prices! The prooperty connects to the MGM Grand and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub, and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, and entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool, and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Guest Access:
All swimming pools including the MGM Grand Pool (subject to hotel's pool schedule and seasons). Fitness center located in Tower 1.
