You can't beat Kitsilano, and we are in the heart of it. The townhouse is south facing and sunny all summer long. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, small but comfortable bedrooms with extra pillows, blankets, and large closets. 2 full bathrooms, rain shower, with cozy towels and essentials. Smart home with keyless entry for your convenience. Small gym with commercial grade treadmill with TV.

West 4th Avenue Shopping District is a 5 minute walk away and spans 8 blocks of unique stores, award-winning restaurants, luxurious day spas, and more. We easily bike with little ones to Granville Island, Kitsilano Beach, UBC, downtown, Vancouver's Seawall, and along the Arbutus Greenway. Trendy Kits beach and Kits pool are only a 10-15 minute walk away. Parks, pools, kids splash pads, farmers markets, and celebrated world class restaurants minutes from your door. Grocery, pharmacy and liquor store 2 min. walk away. Directly situated on major transit routes, with easy access to downtown and UBC. You can't get a better location in Vancouver.

We have a strict noise policy for the outdoor garden patio. We ask that you refrain from using the patio past 11 pm unless you can truly keep it to a whisper. We live on the premises and are required to enforce this policy.
