All four bedrooms feature king-size beds, while each bathroom is generously appointed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom for added privacy.
Indulge in culinary delights with both an exquisite indoor kitchen designed for entertaining and an outdoor summer kitchen perfect for cooking alfresco. Should you desire, we can provide contact information for a private chef to elevate your dining experience.

Relax on the comfortable terrace lounge with a glass of wine while keeping an eye on the kids at play. Ample closet space graces the guest bedrooms, while the master bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet. The separate laundry room offers extensive space for laundry and additional storage. There is one full bathroom with a shower in between the two bedrooms closest to the master bedroom that has a double vanity.
The other full bathroom with a shower is by the bedroom closest to the garage and kitchen.
Please note while children are always welcome, the home is not childproofed. There are alarms on the windows and doors due to the jacuzzi in the backyard.
Laundry room available for your use.
Workstation - Desk space that is perfect for working while away and virtual learning for kids.
Kitchen - Newly renovated with plenty of counter space and ample sleek cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with dish-ware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and spices.
Living area - Large sectional sofa and 65 in TV.
Dining Area - Dining table with banquette seating and 8 chairs. Also 4 counter height stools for kitchen counter seating.
Indoor games - pool table and ping pong table, board games
Outdoor space - playground, putting green, in ground trampoline, jacuzzi, summer kitchen, lounge area with variety of seating arrangements

This is a self-check-in property and a unique door codes will be sent for a smooth and flexible check-in. We’ll provide you the access code 24 hours before arrival.
As a guest at our villa, you can expect complete and exclusive access to the property and its grounds. We want you to feel at home during your stay, which is why we offer this level of privacy and access.
The Neighborhood:
The city of Plantation offers a unique blend of urban and suburban vibes, showcasing diverse neighborhoods like the Acres, where properties sprawl across ample space, allowing residents to house horses, cows, peacocks, and more. Here, the community thrives amidst this spacious setting.
Within reach, you'll discover a delightful array of coffee spots, parks, eclectic shops, and an assortment of restaurants. Despite this serene setting, the bustle of downtown Fort Lauderdale, notably Las Olas, awaits a mere 20-minute drive away. Additionally, the beach is a convenient 30-minute journey, ensuring easy access to both urban attractions and coastal delights while relishing the tranquil charm of Plantation.
Getting Around:
Located about 15-20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, you can find Uber and Lyft to take you anywhere. There are also a number of car rental places if you need.

A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.
This is NOT a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors. Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We have the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.
*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).
Parking Restriction: Large vehicles, including RVs, trailers, small boats, and jet skis, are strictly prohibited in the driveway. The City of Plantation actively enforces this regulation, and any violation may result in fines. If a fine is issued due to non-compliance, the guest will be fully responsible for covering the cost. Compliance with this rule is required to avoid penalties.
This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
We are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
Midstay cleaning services are available throughout your stay for an additional cost. Please ask our guest relations team for additional information.

Prior approval is required for bringing pets, and documentation for support animals must adhere to our policies.
