Location, Location, Location… house is located In the Arlington Entertainment Distirct which is walking distance to AT&T Stadium (approx 14 min). Also near Globe Life where the Rangers play. Plus University of Texas at Arlington is near by. Added bonus is the character of this 1950’s remodeled home in Old Town Arlington.

**Included at the house is a Universal Tesla EV Charger**

Step inside to Daydreams on Elm Street and enjoy 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms and an upgraded kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone with a 2nd living rooms that includes an 85 inch tv in one and a 75 inch TV in the other. A well appointed deck with both a Traeger Grill and a propane gas grill. We recently added a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment.

Come and visit Daydreams on Elm Street to create your own memories. You are only a few minutes from Fort Worth or Dallas. Daydreams on Elm is in the middle of everything.

Stadium Special

Property is well appointed and very nicely decorated. The owner is very quick to respond and informative. If you are heading to AT&T or the Rangers stadium, this is the place to stay. Nice restaurants within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay at this property when visiting the Arlington or Fort Worth area. The Texas Live area by the stadium is a fun place to visit and eat and drink. Also, head to Ft. Worth Stockyards!

Perfect location

Lovely home, clean and plenty of space. Great fire pit out back if you would like to use it. Close to stadiums. Quick drive or 1/2 hour walk.

Perfect place to stay in Arlington!

The property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The street that the house is on is very quiet and is close to all the attractions in Arlington as well as some very nice restaurants. We would definitely consider staying there again.

What a Gem!!

We were blown away by the cleanliness, amenities and most of all the hospitality of the owner. We searched for a nice place to stay with friends from out of town that was within walking distance to AT&T Stadium for the Billy Joel concert. We could not believe all the nice amenities and was very surprised with all the little extras! Huge 84” TV in the TV room, 70” plus in the living room and TV’s in each bedroom. The coaches were high quality, excellent cooking equipment including a Traeger grille and a gas grille not to mention all the snacks that Karen the owner provided us! We loved the outdoor fire pit, plenty of wood and great chairs. Nice patio table for outdoor eating and tons of small touches in this well kept home. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and we will be purchasing the brand of towels - better than our nice ones at home. We have stayed at many rentals before, but never one that had this much attention to detail and super clean. Communication was above and beyond and loved the way we were treated from booking and throughout our stay. We will definitely be renting this house for future events Great price and well worth it!

While this property is new to me, I’m not new to owning and managing short term rentals. I own 3 other STRs in Gulf Shores, AL. I bought this adorable 1950s home because I needed a place to stay while visiting my new Grandson. I self manage all of my rentals, so when you’ll be working with me and not a management company. I want to do everything I can to make sure you have a 5 Star Experience.
