**The Colonnades South Balcony Project is scheduled between September 3, 2024 - December 31, 2024 (possibly into January 2025 depending on weather). The project will include re-surfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings. All unit South balconies, the pool and pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project. The noise level may be loud when the workers are grinding the balconies.**

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up onsite like a hotel so we cannot provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
